The Basics / Homeowner Services
Key holding – I will secure the keys for your property and make them available to visiting guests or tradesmen only at your request.
Mail forwarding – I can collect your post on a regular basis and make it available to you in the format of your choice. I can also facilitate bill payments here in France.
Regular inspections / Security Checks – With regular visits to your property you have peace of mind that all is well. I can arrange inspections according to your specific requirements. You will receive regular updates on the security of your property.
Cleaning & Laundry – A full and comprehensive house clean whether this is for changeovers or a start or end of season overhaul. All laundry will be cleaned, pressed and available for you or your guests arrival.
Full Changeover Service – This can include everything from getting the property ready for your arrival (airing, cleaning, laundering, gardening) to ensuring sufficient groceries are in stock and picking you or your guests up from the airport.
Additional Services
Guest services – Meet and greet your arriving guests with a tour of your property including special welcome packs. Arrange tours of the region or wineries. On call service for any issues arising during your guests stay and help resolve them as quickly as possible.
Package holidays and Tours – Organise tours and excursions everyday of your holiday. Full transport and hotel requirements organised.
Vineyard Tour - For a tour of local vineyards and an explanation of the different types of grapes and how they are produced given by a ‘Vigneron Independant’ then wine tasting to follow, then onto lunch at a top class local French resto, For more details please contact me.
Property Search – If you are looking to purchase property I offer free property search and arrange visits along with tours of the region. I draw on my own personal experiences of buying, developing and selling property in France to help you find your dream home with the minimum of fuss.
Evening meals/special events – I am able to arrange for an evening meal to be cooked for you at your holiday venue, or provide caterers for a special occasion or event. All dietary requirements will be provided for.
Grounds and Property maintenance
We also offer a comprehensive property and garden maintenance service. This service is provided by Michael Branton who is a trusted, reliable, knowledgable groundsman with a wealth of expertise and experience in both garden and property maintenance
